Back in July we spent a week with friends on beautiful Lower Eau Claire Lake in northern Wisconsin. This was our first trip so far north, and we definitely picked the right time of year to visit. In the southeastern U.S., we’re used to mid-90s and 90% humidity in July. In Wisconsin, the humidity was low and the average temperature was somewhere in the upper 70s. I could get used to that.
